24th March: European Gelato Day
ARTGLACE, the European Artisan Gelato Makers Association - in cooperation with the European Parliament of Strasbourg, each 24th March from 2013 on will be dedicated to the promotion of one of the most famous Made in Italy products: the Artisan Gelato.
Artglace aims at creating a series of events that will occur in every European Country and also elsewhere (Canada, Argentina, India) in order to promote the Artisanal Ice Cream together with the nutritional and cultural values that are part of it.
In 2013 Artglace promoted the creation of a special taste called "European Fantasy"(Fior di Latte, Chocolate and toasted Almonds) that will be sold at €1,00 in every Gelateria all over the world. (16/B cups)

1 l milk HD
150 g cream
50 g BASE PANNA TOP
30 g skimmed milk powder
200 g saccharose
35 g dextrose
Variegate with CIOCCOCREAM or NOISETTE CLASSICA FLUIDA BABBI, PRALINATO MIX DI MACADAMIA and Croccante di Mandorla (200 g toasted almonds, 125 g saccharose, 40 g dextrose)
