BASE TUTTO LATTE 125

The Tutto Latte 125 Base is a powder product to prepare gelato using the hot method and just milk and sugar, thus reducing the number of ingredients and weighing sessions that the ice-cream maker must handle.
The performing core guarantees silky texture and stability in the display case as well as excellent overrun.
The fat portion is provided by non-hydrogenated refined vegetable fats according to Babbi philosophy.
The flavoring free base enhances to its best each type of flavoring paste added to it.

RISO NATURA NEUTRO

It completes the wellness Riso Natura range of products whose common characteristics are summarized as follows:

·         Sucrose free replaced by fructose

·         Cholesterol free

·         Lactose free

·         Gluten free

·         100% vegetable

·         Vegan ok certified

 

The riso natura neutro is especially suited to prepare flavors that are characterized by oily pastes such as pistachios, hazelnut, almond, and walnut pastes simply with the addition of water, preferably hot.

MIX FOR SPONGE CAKE

It consists of a semi-finished powder product to prepare a soft sponge cake by using a microwave oven* or standard oven.
The mix can be obtained using Babbi Tuorlomio or with whole eggs and sugar.
The product is gluten free.

Note*: the microwave must have the combined (combo) grill + microwave function and a "crisp" baking-pan must be used.

LATTELATTE SALTED CARAMEL

Salted caramel for some time has been one of the “must” ingredients in international confectionery and it will gain an increasing presence also in the world of italian gelato shops.
The lattelatte salted caramel is a complete powder product, salt caramel flavored, which allows obtaining a stable and creamy gelato with the only addition of milk using the cold method.
The high content of butter salted caramel improves flavor intensity without adding flavorings or coloring. It can also be used for the preparation of soft gelato and cold cream.

PASTA NOCE SUPREMA

According to our corporate philosophy of continuous improvement, the traditional pasta noce special is replaced by the new pasta noce suprema which has a significantly higher content of walnut and granule.
The intense flavor of dried fruit is made even more persistent by a new walnut flavoring.

PASTA BUBBLE GUM

The Bubble Gum Paste has been specifically prepared for the needs of foreign markets that require an alternative to the classic "smurf taste" (babbi Pasta Azzurro).
The taste reminds clearly of the well-known pink chewing gum that made history in the eighties. The color is pink and is obtained from natural extracts.

PASTA CREMA CATALANA - product update

The Crema Catalana Paste was renewed with a significant change in flavoring, namely, the removal of cinnamon so as to offer a more versatile product in the possible combinations and thus satisfy a wider market.
In addition, the b-carotene coloring agent was replaced with a more stable natural version.
