FRUIT BASES

BABBI Fruit Bases have been stabilized for the creation of Fruit Gelato and Sorbets. They are easy to use and enable the creation of soft and compact Gelato.

Basi Frutta 50 SDLC/F and Basi Frutta 100 SDL C/F are produced without milk and derivates. They are therefore perfect for lactose intolerant consumers.

BABBI Neuter Bases are part of BABBIhistoric products together with the Milk Bases.

The Pure Neuter Bases are made with high-quality stabilizers, thickeners and emulsifiers, in contrast with the Neuter Enriched Bases where more emulsifiers, milk proteins and vegetable fats are added.
