GOURMET MIX

Gourmet Mix Base is an innovative product that enables the creation of gourmand "salty" Gelato by simply adding water or milk.

The special recipes make it possible to produce a creamy structure (high anti-freezing power) with a low sweet character that highlights the peculiar organoleptic features of the main ingredient (cheese, olives, vegetables,...)  this would not have been possible with the traditional ingredients for Gelato.

HAPPY HOUR MIX

Happy Hour Mix is a stabiliser mix for the creation of alcoholic Gelato that can be easily stored at the standard Gelato serving temperature.

The raw materials used make it possible to overcome problems related to softness, conservation and separation that usually occur when using traditional ingredients.

It is easy to obtain great results by simply adjusting the quantity of sugar according to the alcoholic taste you desire.

MIX PER CRÊPES

Powder product for the preparation of both salty and sweet crepes.

BABBI suggests its Variegates as fillings, such as White Puffed Rice Variegate, PistacchioKrok Variegate, Peach Orange Variegate, and its Toppings as decorations (Chocolate, Strawberries, Zabaglione, ecc...)

MIX FOR SPONGE CAKE

It consists of a semi-finished powder product to prepare a soft sponge cake by using a microwave oven* or standard oven.
The mix can be obtained using Babbi Tuorlomio or with whole eggs and sugar.
The product is gluten free.

Note*: the microwave must have the combined (combo) grill + microwave function and a "crisp" baking-pan must be used.
