Who it is for
The course is for all those who need a 360° view of the practical and business activities relating to the opening of an artisan Gelato Shop and the correct management thereof.

Course objectives 
The start up course for Gelato Making is a basic gelato making course  which aims at teaching how to manage the 4 main areas that characterise the USP (unique selling proposition) of artisan gelato making (product, communication, service and sales point).  It offers the theory and practical information necessary for the implementation, management and sale of artisan gelato. Furthermore transverse subject matters will also be dealt with, relating to the design of the premises, management control, marketing and communication.
