Gabriele CAROSI became passionate about artisan ice cream in 1988, when, along with his sister, he started an artisan activity in San Benedetto del Tronto (AP): IL GELATIERE di Carosi and subsequently an activity of artisan and semi-industrial production of ice-cream and cold confectionery: MILLEDOLCI di Cupra Marittima (AP).
A food enthusiast, he collaborates with "Cast Alimenti" as assistant of Master ice-cream makers and Master pastry chefs; following the Master Igino Massari, he becomes a Master ice-cream maker.
He is very well qualified for training and start-up of traditional systems (vertical and horizontal), but also for training of semi-industrial installations.
Since 2011, he acted as national training manager on behalf of Confartigianato. A Technician and trainer for BABBI since 1998.
